Detection Technology Plc company announcement 6 August 2026 at 09:00 (EEST)

Detection Technology’s Board decided on an additional component for the Performance Share Plan 2026–2028

The Board of Directors of Detection Technology Plc decided on an additional component for the Performance Share Plan 2026–2028 (PSP 2026–2028). The primary performance measure for determining the potential share rewards under the additional component is cumulative revenue growth, directly linked to the DT2030 strategy’s target of achieving a 10% compound annual growth rate (CAGR).

If the target set for the additional PSP 2026–2028 component is achieved, the aggregate maximum number of shares to be paid as a reward under the additional component is approximately 68,400 shares (gross earnings before the applicable withholding tax). Approximately 15 people whose roles have a direct impact on the company’s business growth, including the members of Detection Technology’s management group, are eligible to participate in the additional component.

The performance period of the additional PSP 2026–2028 component will begin at the beginning of Q4 2026 and end at the end of 2028. The potential rewards under the performance share plan will be paid during H1 2029 as listed shares of Detection Technology.

The other terms of the additional component are identical to those of the PSP 2026–2028 program. On 5 March 2026, the company announced the Board of Directors’ decision to launch the PSP 2026–2028 program. Details of this program and the previously launched programs are available in the company’s releases and financial reports.

The Board of Directors, Detection Technology Plc
