A product family of high performance linear X-ray detector cards with preamplifier ASICs. The preamplifier ASIC converts the charge output from the photodiode array into voltage with serial output for easy integration with readout electronics. Can be arranged end-to-end to form large linear detector arrays.

Pixel pitches of 1.5, 1.6 and 2.5 mm are available with various scintillator options to suit a wide range of applications with X-ray energies from 30 to 450kVp. X-Card2 is available in pixel pitches of 0.2, 0.4 and 0.8 mm and offers key benefits for smaller pixel pitches of increased sensitivity and long life due to maximized radiation hardness. Available with scintillator options to suit a wide range of applications with X-ray energies from 30kVp to 9MeV.
