Detection Technology prepares for IFRS reporting

Detection Technology Plc has initiated preparations to transition from Finnish Accounting Standards (FAS) to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The company expects that the transition to IFRS will improve the comparability of its financial reporting with international peer companies, support the execution of the DT2030 strategy, and enhance its attractiveness to international investors.

The company currently plans to publish its financial statements review for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 in accordance with IFRS. The IFRS transition date will be 1 January 2025.

The IFRS transition release, including comparative information, is expected to be published towards the end of 2026.
