Arve Lukander appointed Vice President, Security Business Unit and a member of the management group at Detection Technology

Arve Lukander (M.Sc. Tech., MBA, born in 1972) has been appointed Vice President, Security Business Unit (SBU) and a member of the management group at Detection Technology. He will be responsible for the overall development of business of the Security Business Unit globally. He will start working in his new position as of 14 June 2021 and will be reporting to President and CEO Hannu Martola.

Arve Lukander has more than twenty years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, business development and investment management in international organizations. He joins Detection Technology from Rigaku Analytical Devices Inc., a US-based manufacturer of spectroscopic analyzers, where he has worked as Director, Sales and Marketing since 2013. His most recent area of responsibility has been Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI).

He joined Rigaku from private equity company Inventure. Prior to that, he worked for Sitra, Planmeca and Metorex International.
