Amendments to Articles of Association of Detection Technology entered into the trade register, Carina Andersson started as a Board Member

The amendments to the sections 4 and 7 of the Articles of Association resolved by the Annual General Meeting of Detection Technology Plc have been entered into the trade register today. The term of Carina Andersson as the member of the Board of Directors of Detection Technology Plc started as of the registration of the amendment to the Articles of Association regarding the number of the Board members.

The revised Articles of Association is available in English on the company’s website https://www.deetee.com/investors/corporate-governance/articles-of-association/. The Annual General Meeting of Detection Technology Plc was held on 28 March 2019.
