SILICON RADIATION DETECTOR MODULE
BT 100DX


Description
BT 100DX is a compact digital silicon radiation detector designed for challenging industrial, medical, and research applications operating in current mode. A radiation hardened silicon radiation diode has been encapsulated in an aluminum diode housing, diode unit. Analog front-end amplifier electronics and A/D-converter are encapsulated in a separate housing with power supply. The detector provides 8-bit digital output signal proportional to the total current of the silicon radiation diode. The detector can be connected directly to a PC-computer via parallel port. The detector also provides an optional analog output.

BT 100

Description
BT 100 is a compact silicon radiation detector module designed for challenging industrial, medical, and research applications operating in current mode. A radiation hardened silicon radiation diode has been encapsulated in an aluminium housing together with analogue front- end amplifier electronics. The module output signal is a CD-voltage proportional to the total current of the silicon radiation diode.
