Detection Technology's management recognizes the quality management system as one of the most critical factors to ensure customer satisfaction and company's future success.


Quality policy
Detection Technology's quality policy is to ensure customer satisfaction through long term partnerships, which will benefit both parties. To meet this goal, it is essential for DT to design and manufacture products, which meet or exceed the stringent customer requirements, and at the same time ensure the shortest time to market for the products. Additionally, DT strives for continuous improvement of the quality of all its operations.

Quality management system


Above process description, which is the key to company's quality management system.

There are three main processes, Sales and Marketing, New Product Introduction, and Production. The necessary supporting processes are provided by the Resource Control Process. The management monitors the progress of each process regularly and takes actions according to company's quality policy.


Detection Technology's quality system is ISO 9001 certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (www.lrqa.com) since May 2000.
