| Description |
XRA-series high-resistivity
diodes are optimized for ionizing radiation detection and measurement
applications. These diodes are characterized by an excellent response
to weakly penetrating radiation achieved by the use of high-purity
starting material and special ultra-clean manufacturing process. Ultra-thin
radiation entrance window provides optimized response to low-energy
x-rays and heavy charged particles.

XRB-series high-resistivity diodes are
