Dual and Single Energy X-Card, Security (Download Product Brochure)

X-Card DE and SE product family includes three different pitch dual energy and single energy detector boards.

Dual energy products are optimised for Security screening applications which require material discrimination. Applications include check point, checked baggage, air cargo screening and full body scanning. Single energy production versions are also usable for various X-ray inspection applications at security and industrial. Readout electronics is also available, providing complete detector solutions.

- High-performance photodiode + ASIC design with advanced packaging technology
- Number of pixels 64 (LE) + 64 (HE), allowing reduced cost per pixel
- Available pixel pitch options: 1.5 mm, 1.6 and 2.5mm
- Low-energy GOS scintillator
- High-energy CsI scintillator
- Minimum line integration time 0.14 ms
- Wide sensitivity range of 1.5 pC-76.5 pC, with separate settings for LE and HE
- Cascadable to form X-ray scanning arrays with X-DAQ data acquisition board
- In typical installation steel penetration exceeds 30 mm and resolution 40 AWG with 1.5mm pixel pitch.
