Detection Technology's single energy X-Card products can be used in in simple mail, parcel and baggage inspection systems as well as people screening applications.

X-Card 1.5-32SE

  • Single energy detection, with optimisation possibility to several energy ranges by scintilator selection.

X-Card 1.5-64SE

  • Single energy detection, with optimisation possibility to several energy ranges by scintilator selection.
  • High-performance photodiode + ASIC design with advanced packaging technology
  • Number of pixels 64
  • Pixel pitch 1.5 mm
  • Scintillator options: CsI, GOS or CWO.
  • Minimum line integration time 0.2 ms
  • Sensitivity range 1.5 pC-76.5 pC with 51 step options
  • Cascadable to form X-ray scanning arrays with X-DAQ data acquisition board

X-Card 2.5-64SE

  • Single energy detection, with optimisation possibility to several energy ranges by scintilator selection.
  • High-performance photodiode + ASIC design
  • High sensitivity and optimal pixel size enable very low X-ray dose per scan, required eg. in body scanning applications
  • Pixelised scintillator array with low pixel-to-pixel crosstalk, enabling good resolution
  • Number of pixels 64
  • Pixel pitch 2.5 mm
