| Description | Photodiode arrays in
ARA-series are optimized for applications requiring ultimate leakage
current performance at unbiased operations. In the UV and visible
excellent light response can be achieved by using ARA-series photodiode
arrays. |
ARB-series are optimized for applications
requiring very low leakage current and low capacitance at unbiased
operations. In the visible excellent light response can be achieved
by using ARB-series photodiode arrays. |
ARC-series photodiode arrays are extra
high-resistivity PIN photodiode arrays with an excellent spectral
response in visible-NIR region and ultra-low capacitance. This is
achieved by using ultra pure starting material, special high-purity
manufacturing process, and optimized optical filtering. |
